ContainerTrac PDS Replay Adds Value
What you are about to view are replays of actual events that occurred at a major terminal operation on the east coast. You will be viewing a screen recording of the actual GUI of ContainerTrac’s Position Detection System, or PDS that was viewed by the attendees who observed the activities.

Imagine All That Can Be Reviewed By Management
The events you will see are but a small segment of the actual normal work being performed by the terminal operator in the course of business. Nothing was staged or recreated for the purposes of these events. The PDS GUI is depicting an aerial representation of a portion of the container terminal facility.

In this view you will notice the containers stored in stacks (cells) represented by varied colors to reflect the height at which the containers are stacked.

Also shown are some of the container handling equipment (CHE) that lift, place and transport the containers about the terminal facility. In particular you will see "top lifts" and "UTRs".

When the viewer opens, note the controls at the bottom of the replay viewer; you can pause/play, drag the replay forward/backward, open an introduction frame or click on full screen mode.
